breakfast is whole wheat matzo polaner all fruit jelly and coffee or wheat chex banana coffee sunday is my special day egg bacon and bagel only on sunday and sometimes I dont,,,,,
lunch for me is a salad, piece of chicken or left overs... it all depends on my mood banana, grapes, whole wheat pretzels, apples,etc is my snack
dinner, rice or pasta, lots of veggies, salad, meat,,, I cook and weight in .... my salads are huge so I dont want food at night.. I check to make sure I ate in range if not will grab another snack... drink lots of water tooooo
