I would like a good challenge too, but I have a problem with any calorie burned challenge as entering my own stregth training exercises does not permit calculations of calories burned. So what kind of challenge I have no idea. I can't start one until Nov. 14th. hmmmmm.....

I've found I have to copy and paste into word, then delete spaces to make it whole, then copy and paste into URL window. Annoying, would be nice if SP made links hyperlinked...but I'm sure there are issues with that...

My employer is having an exercise competition for the month of September. You can either choose to keep minutes exercised totaled or a distance total. Not sure if I agree with those two categories, but whatever. I signed up for the minutes so that I may combine running and strength training time for my total time. There are some people who slap on a $1 pedometer and will log their entire day as 'exercise' I cry BS on that and shake my head at them however....they know who they are.
