decided to weigh myself again last night to find i now weigh in at 155 lbs ! which is amazing
considering i have started doing less cardio and a lot more weights.

i now have decent sized arms and my stomach has never been so flat. its even got the point where people have told me not to lose anymore.

Week 8; I didn't report last weeks weigh in because it was ridiculous. After hurting my back I ended up in the ER. The medication I was put on caused me to retain water and last Monday on the scale it showed the error message (445+). So I chose to ignore it. After finishing the meds I lost all the water weight in a few days.

last weigh in was a while ago decided that looking at the scale was too depresing
weighed in today to find that i am now at 163lbs so have reached my target weight so i am now work on reducing my body fat percentage and building some muscle. bring on the six pack !

Powder but.. I don't know uhmm... whey protein powder.. cookies & cream flavor :)
They don't have that many calories, I was having one daily (around 6pm)
...but yeah during those weeks, I was tracking everything.. including the protein shakes so I don't know what could have happened
Probably just coincidence :-/...
