My life is a lot about caring for my heart (and body and mind and spirit.)
I am using Weight watchers new points plus to help me with eating--lots of fresh, unprocessed foods on this plan.
I exercise in one way or another--usually the pool with lots of walking--EVERY day for that cardio.
I am having my stress test on Tuesday of next week.
I think my heart is getting treated well and monitored closely. My blood pressure is totally in the right place without any meds any more. That is due to my weight loss and everything else.
