I was just noticing today that I have a little under a month before I start back for the fall.
I tend to do really well with my exercise and eating right during the break but when school starts I fall apart because I have less time and more stress.
What are some of the ways you guys stay motivated during when schools in session?
I plan to run on days when I'm not in school all day (hopefully 3x week)
Try to pack my own lunches and snacks
always bring water
