Jump-starting workouts and weight-loss can begin at any time! I'm proposing a 30-day challenge beginning on President's Day, 2/21/11 and commencing on April Fool's Day, 4/1/11.
Commit yourself to at least 3 30-minute workouts per week. If you can't find a half hour, spread it out in increments of 10 if you can, remember every little bit helps keep your heart healthy!! Watch your intake and watch the scale go down!
We can start small with this - Monitor yourself and post your weekly summary/results and we'll challenge and encourage eachother along the way!!
