I've added excitement to my week day. Planet Fitness opened up a new location a few minutes from my work. So last week I started going at lunch for a few minutes on the arc trainer. Made it almost every day. Next week I'll try to go every day again. If nothing else it will be nice to get away from the office and not be spending money shopping or going somewhere to eat.

Doing great with our almost daily attendance at the gym. Today is tennis night but we are scheduled for the upper body class to learn how to use the machines correctly. Hopefully are arms won't be too sore so we can still go play tennis afterwards.
We went last night after dinner and watching our tv shows. It's a lot quieter at 8:30 at night compared to 6:30! We might make the later time slot a more regular work out time.

Great goal! You really have to work up to the minutes on the Arc Trainer...but it is my fav machine of all! I have a love/hate realationship with it now! LOL!!!!
My goal - stay with 50 min on Arc Trainer and alternate medicine ball workout with free weights.

My goal was to increase my time on the Arc Trainer. We've been doing 15 minutes. Since I was at the gym by myself today I went as long as I could. My goal was 20 min and I past that so I said try for 30. I didn't make it but I got to over 25 minutes! Maybe next tuesday I'll hit 30 or more. I'll have another week of work outs under my belt! Also did 45 minutes on the treadmill.

Since my planet fitness is closed early today, my goal is to do at least 30 minutes yoga on the Wii and 30 minutes aerobics with Wii fit. (if my son ever lets me get on today! I was going to do it as soon as I woke up but he woke up about the same time.lol )

To increase the weight amount from 25 to 30 pounds on the Planet Fitness chest press and pull down machines. 25 still kicks my butt!
