Why is it every time I try to get serious about this weight loss thing, I end up GAINING weight? I have been going to PF 4x a week for a month now and am up 4 lbs! ugh! Does anyone else do this? I really need the scale to move in the OTHER direction or I will never lose this weight. I even kicked my donut habit during this time so I just don't get it. Any input? I need help!

i've lost 5 pounds! I am 8 pounds from my first goal, 120. after that, I'm reaching for 115! then 110!

i lost 2 pounds! the scale wasn't really budging the first few days but I wasn't going to let myself get discouraged. then i hopped on the scale and it was down!

i'm around 10-15 pounds from my goal weight. Depends on how I feel when I lose 10 to see if I want to lose another 5.

Im at the halfway mark and Im trying to get past 147. Thats the lowest I've been since high school and I want to get to my goal weight by my wedding.

I've put down 175 for my goal but I'm actually going to go by how I feel. If I look and feel good at 175, great. If I (and my dr.) feel like I need to keep losing from there, I'll change my goal. I started at 243 and I think I've got about 36 pounds to go. But at least it's starting to go again!:)
