Before each run, we always had to warm up with the "Daily 7". So for the rest of March, whenever you start to work out, do these seven exercises to warm up your muscles.
1. Side Straddle Hops (Jumping Jacks) 10 4-count
2. Arm Circles 10 large forward & 10 large backward
3. Toe Touches 10 4-count
4. Windmills 10 4-count
5. Crossovers Hold for count of 10 left over right and visa versa.
6. Cherry-pickers 10 4-count
7. Push-ups 10 4-count.
