I need on more fill cause I dont have that sweet spot feeling yet. Getting bk to it slowly after having my band fixed, it's so hard to be patience to getting back to where I was before . If I could just loss some of this tummy I would be happy. need to do more exercises for the tummy area. Got my balance ball bk so now to get on a routine of doing exercises on it.
Hopefully next week I'll loss something. Val

You and I are 0.2 pounds from each other (I'm heavier) - I'm just too big of a chicken to put my weight on my ticker. (Well, I guess now that I snitched on myself, I could. LOL!) Don't put too much pressure on yourself - It took me 6 months of wavering back and forth and just making little steps in the right direction before I finally got back on track again. We tend to be our own worst critics - I know I am. It is not easy, and we're all here for support. I hope that whatever you are wearing to your special dinner, that you feel great in it and you have a wonderful time. You deserve it!

Speaking of my progress, there's nothing to speak of. Haven't been eating properly, but I want to knuckle down. I have dinner plans for August 10 at a restaurant wih a dress code, so I want to be sure that what I'm planning to wear will fit.

Well, this week was a little better. I went and had a little taken out of my band because it was two tight. I was supposed to go back today but I cancelled because I don't feel I am ready for a fill yet. I still have problems with throwing up but at least the acid reflux and night cough is gone I think I just need to pay more attention to the amount of food I am eating and listen to my body.
