Down to 197.4, which actually beats my goal for this challenge by 1 pound (was aiming for 198.4). I was very vigilant on my nutrition while I was on vacation (that's a first for me!), and I did get a little unwanted extra help from a intestinal virus that wiped me out for a day (I think my total calorie count that day was 600, and that was pushing it!).

Last week was actually week five and I put the wrong title on it. I am still out of town and don't have access to a scale so I can't comment on my weight. I hope I am at least maintaining. I will be home Saturday so I can weigh in next week. Hope everyone else is doing great.
