Hmmm... it occurs to me I really should log each week as a running log, since I don't remember what I posted from previous weeks. I do know I lost 4.4 pounds this week, and gained 0.8 pounds the week before. Not sure what happened in week 1 (maybe that was the kickoff week?) IN any case:
1/29: 176.8 (-3.6 overall)
1/22: 181.4 (+0.8 overall)
1/15: 180.6 (starting point?)
