Sometimes I go ahead and eat something that I know is going to upset my tummy, I am allergic to too many thing, I just have to go with it... Too hard not to sometimes emoticon

that is great your dr found them......must make it difficult to manage at times i am sure!!!

My doctor found these chalky chew things... I take two a day now, along with everything else I take.

I chew them up, then wait at least 20 minutes and drink LOTS of water! emoticon

What they have in common is that I'm allergic to all of them :(. If I don't chew [yuck] my fiber every day - then I don't get much fiber emoticon .

*Whole grains
*Fruits & vegetables - preferably raw or lightly steamed
*Legumes
*Soy
*Seeds

Can anyone tell me what these things have in common? Yup! They are full of FIBER!

Your challenge today is to EAT YOUR DAILY REQUIREMENTS OF FIBER THROUGH YOUR FOOD. Try to avoid taking a fiber supplement today. Instead, fill your day with healthy fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

You can do this!!!

Have a HIGH FIBER Tuesday!
