I completed the rotation.
I must be honest... High & Tight and Bum Bum are the only two workouts that I will continue to incorporate in future rotations.
The sculpt workouts are not of interest to me...
I have many other sculpt workouts that are much more effective.

It was a good rotation - I learned a lot.
I completed workouts that I was not fond of --- simply because I committed to them.

That says something.

I will continue to do the BumBum and High & Tight as scheduled – those are very effective exercises.

My night workouts have been waning. I’ve been busy with other things in the evening. I do have to get back to them. I’m noticing a difference in my sleep quality. I sleep better if I unwind with a workout at the end of my day.

Deciding I am not a fan of BB sculpt workouts. The pace is too fast to go for my normal weights and the form is of poor quality. I’m used to Cathe who does every repetition with precision and she DOES every repetition. With the Beach Body workouts the instructor stops mid rep and walks around demonstrating by using the workout participants.
I’m not a fan of that.

Lesson: I get sucked in by the high quality and enticing methods of the INFOMERCIALS. I hadn’t made a non-Cathe workout purchase in quite a while and FORGOT that other workouts are different.
Not saying they are bad, just saying they are not for me.
I will make every attempt to finish this rotation as scheduled, but, I will be incorporating MORE Cathe into my day.

High & Tight was killer this morning. I used ankle weights for all floor work. It’s easier to manipulate than the bands and I get a greater range of motion on the clams.
Bums hurt today, but I can still walk. emoticon

If I have to do one more Cardio Axe this week I’m gonna cringe.
That is the ONLY thing I don’t like about this program.
Only ONE cardio workout.
I am going to be substituting the remainder of the rotation and only do Cardio Axe once a week.
I have lots of other Latin-dance workouts for more variety.

UmpaLumpa Walk is getting less wobbly. :o)

I don’t feel like I’m getting in enough stretching for my body.
I’ve been running out of time in the evening for the Rockin Body workouts....
so,
I’m considering doing a quick yoga practice in the evening to stretch the muscles and get the blood flowing in a ‘softer’ way.
I’ve checked out the rest of this rotation and they use Cardio Axe a TON.....

I DO WISH THERE WERE MORE CARDIO WORKOUTS WITH THIS SERIES...I’d like more variety...
so, I might be using the Rocking Body workouts throughout as a substitute for Cardio Axe occasionally

'Umpalumpa' walk was definitely easier this morning. emoticon

H&T is really finding the deep down muscles that have rarely gotten work in my activities of daily living.

I used a full band tied around my thighs for the floor work – it was easier to use....
I do think I will be using no band for a while as I think I get a better range of motion and it isn’t so stressful on my left hip.
(Left hip came out of socket a few years back and is my weak area)
All in all – it was a great workout.

I could barely walk last night. So Rockin Body was skipped. Rockin Body is my supplemental anyway – I don’t mind when I either don’t have time – or am too sore to complete the evening sessions.

It’s MY KIND OF WEATHER here in Ohio today. I’ll be outside working in the yard for as long as my muscles will tolerate it.

I find this amazing as I have been an avid exerciser for years. Advanced workouts.

BumBum was good....It will take me a while to perfect that umpalumpa walk. LOL
Upper Cuts was a good short upper body workout – I used 6#.

I am only able to plan for the first two weeks of this challenge as I am not sure how it will go.

Still 'trialing' BBL in preparation for the start of my challenge.
I don't want any surprises....and, I still want to be able to walk. :o)
I'm also discovering wonderful things about these workouts.
Some of them can be cut into smaller 'chunks' when time is limites....doing the different sections throughout the day if I'm too busy that particular day to get them all in.
That's a good thing!

Very true.. Planning is so important. and I find that it really keeps me on track. I make running schedules, video schedules. I have periods where I get burned out and do as good as I should, but it makes me strive to work harder, than if I were just to go in empty handed.

I'm still planning on starting my OFFICIAL BBL/RB Rotation on the 27th of this month.

Currently, I'm finishing up my Cathe/Firm/Yoga rotation AND daily 'trialling' at least one workout from either BBL or RB series.

I'm tired and feeling muscles I forgot existed, but am getting a good feel for what lies ahead for me during my upcoming rotation.

I'm a vegetarian - so won't be following the food plan,
but, will be doing a SouthBeach style food plan.

I have three physical challenges that consistently get in my way.
1) Hypoglycemia (genetically acquired - I've produced excessive amounts of insulin my entire life)
2) Hypothyroidism (not low enough to obtain hormonal replacement, but low enough to make weight loss a REAL BATTLE)
and
3)Menopause (which is no fun for many, many women)

Add to this a sedentary job (sitting at least 6 hrs of my 8 hr work day) and you have a REAL CHALLENGE.

I REFUSE to give in to these obstacles.
I intend to go out fighting emoticon
I may never achieve the optimal body, BUT, I will be the very best 'T' that I can be !!!

I've learned, that for me, with rotations - planning is essential!

i don't have rockin body. but do have BBL. I plan to start a new rotation tomorrow morning as well. I will be doing the slim and shape.

you'll have to let me know what you think of rockin body. have considered adding that to my collection.

evening workout, I want to get insanity in.

I'm starting a second round of BBL tomorrow. I began with the Pear Solution and I'll be working with the classic during the second month.

When I'm done I'll be doing INSANITY :D

Looking to get fit, stay fit, and help others to do the same! If I can do it, so can you!

I plan on beginning a rotation with Brazil Butt Lift in the morning session and Rockin' Body in the evening.

I am going to start on the 27th.....
My plan is to follow the Slim & Lift (too big solution) Brazil Butt Lift Schedule in the morning and the Basic Rockin Body Schedule in the evening.

I have a sit-down job and 2x/d workouts are necessary for me to avoid weight gain OR starvation.
Neither option is acceptable to me.

If anyone would like to join me - DO :o)

We don't have to be doing the same exact workout on the same exact day - but, I would love to have input from those using either BBL or RB ... or both.
