This would be a great opportunity for anyone that may have lost their way on a program to restart and make it through the full 90 days.
I will take this challenge with you. I am currently going strong on ChaLEAN Extreme while adding in some additional cardio on my own. I am in the second week on the Push Phase, which puts me about 6 weeks in to the program. Should be finishing up on the end of the Lean for Life phase by the end of the 90 days.
