I joined this team a little late to take advantage of the Challenge, but I am doing P90 the next 90 days. Then P90 Master Series from July-Sept & finish off the year with ChaLEAN Extreme Oct-Dec.
Hopefully, by the new year I'll be strong & fit enough to give P90X a whirl.

I have done day 7 of the SI6 event though I didn't want to do it Last night. I still did and I feel great.
I want to do more but I don't want to overkill it Slow and steady wins. Right.

ok so today is my 1st official day with Turbo Jam!! YAY! i love it. over the weekend, i practiced the moves and today i started off with some learn and burn and the 20 minute! WOW! was i sweatin!

this will be great for me! i am doing 10 minute trainer. i began jan 8, but injured my knee so have been off for a month. today i did my first workout.

This would be a great opportunity for anyone that may have lost their way on a program to restart and make it through the full 90 days.

I will take this challenge with you. I am currently going strong on ChaLEAN Extreme while adding in some additional cardio on my own. I am in the second week on the Push Phase, which puts me about 6 weeks in to the program. Should be finishing up on the end of the Lean for Life phase by the end of the 90 days.

Lets get lean Beach Bodys together!!1

Whatever program you are on, follow it to a T for the next 12 weeks (90 days) and keep pushing each other on. We will make weekly reports. This challenge will begin on Feb 9, 2009.
