This challenge is to help us focus or re-focus on where we are mentally. Many of us have been members for a long time, many are new, but this challenge should benefit both groups.
Each day there is an assignment. Most of them are SparkPeople quizzes. To the newest people, you can find quizzes by going to your Spark Points page, look down the red links for Take Quiz. Even if we have done these things before, doing them again will help us see if our vision has changed, show weaknesses that need to be addresses, and let us know where we've got it right. 12/31: Write out your plans. Will you include rewards? Will you try new things? Are you planning actions rather than things like "I will lose 2 pounds every week"? That one will set you up for a disappointment. Be realistic, and challenge yourself here and there. Find time for you, and have fun!
