Hello, Im fairly new to this group and I have been trying to lose weight for 1 month now. So Im a newbie(again) after having my 2nd daughter who is 5 months old now. I was exercising regularly before I got pregnant, I had lost 20lbs in 2 months(which made me feel awesome and sexy [smile]) before that I had lost 50 lbs 2 years ago before I got pregnant with my first daughter....
Long story short, I am done having children and now I want to lose this weight for good(120lbs). There is a 2mile walk-a-thon coming up very soon here in Chicago and I want to register. That would be a huge accomplishment for me. So this is my challenge and I plan to continue to work out and I will post the results from this goal that I have set.
