Sounds good to me! I have developed major pain in my back and am going to see the Dr on Sept 6 about it. This would probably not cause me any more pain.
Can you define it and set into a challenge mode so we can all sign up for it please!?
Challenges are what keep me going.

I have a bad back too. But, my doctors say that it's really important for me to strengthen it and to stretch it, a lot! In the last 2 weeks, I've regularly worked into several daily crunches, and several stretches after each of my strength and cardio workouts. My osteopath says it's important for me to stretch my back (and everything else) at least twice a day. How would that work for you, GT2LSEITNOW? and everyone else?

I need a strength training challenge but it has to be easy on the back and hands

WEll...not sure if anyone else want to go for this, but... I don't have any problem walking. Go figure I'd join a walking team! However, I've been just awful about doing any strength training!!! I'm losing weight, my arms are starting to flap! I need to firm and tone!!! My legs feel GREAT, but what about the rest of me!?!
Anyone else in the same boat?
