I have a bad back too. But, my doctors say that it's really important for me to strengthen it and to stretch it, a lot! In the last 2 weeks, I've regularly worked into several daily crunches, and several stretches after each of my strength and cardio workouts. My osteopath says it's important for me to stretch my back (and everything else) at least twice a day. How would that work for you, GT2LSEITNOW? and everyone else?
WEll...not sure if anyone else want to go for this, but... I don't have any problem walking. Go figure I'd join a walking team! However, I've been just awful about doing any strength training!!! I'm losing weight, my arms are starting to flap! I need to firm and tone!!! My legs feel GREAT, but what about the rest of me!?!
