I have put up a challenge for my self for next week, okay here we go. I normally try to walk 2.5 miles each morning but i know i can do more. My challenge is as follows:
Mon. thru Fri (weather permitting) complete 5.5 miles in under 2 hours every day in the morning. And after work do another 2.5 miles plus strength training & Abs with Power 90 for 30 min on Mon, Wed, & Fri. 4 miles on Sundays, I normally do Walk/Run Intervals with my friend. Sat. is my rest day. (My goal is 30 miles minimum per week)
It may seem like alot but I have a desk job and the only thing that really moves is my fingers crunching numbers all day.
