Yesterday I managed to actually jog 1 mile without stopping....I haven't done that since high school!!! Today was just the regular 3 mile walk.

I think that this virtual walk sounds like fun! I am keen to get started but is there some website that you go to to log this or is it something that you just keep a track of yourself? How does it work?

I am doing a virtual walk across canada with my WW group. We started in Langley BC and right now I am outside of winnipeg manitoba on my way to kenora. I have walked close to 2,500,000 steps since january of this year. My goal is to do between 10,000 and 20,000 steps a day. Lately haven't been making even to the 10,000 but am working on getting back to that.

My first virtual walk will be to the top city in my state Sault St Marie in Michigan which is 323 miles

Sunday = 1 mile
Monday- 3 miles
Tuesday- 1 mile
Wed- 1 mile
Thurs - 1 mile
Friday- 2 miles

Wk 2
Sunday- 4 miles
M-3 miles
T- 2 miles
Th- 1
S- 3

Wk 3
Sun-1


Total 23 miles

Miles Left = 300 miles

Location- N Perry Rd, MI right near williamton

Progress= 17 miles from Stockbridge

Been away for a while, the crazy humidity this summer has really effected my asthma. I have only managed about 3 miles every day and that has been mostly inside walking around the malls.
Fifth Week Update.

Since I last posted which was around 3 weeks ago I have slowly walked around 104 miles

Virtually I have ended the three weeks in Detroit.

My beewell stats are:

491 total miles
$55.20 donation to date.

I think I will take a virtual walk to Arizona. Thats roughly about 2000+ miles. Lets just say 2000 miles. I would like to achieve this 2000 mile walk by December 31, 2010 or sooner as of today.

So far I have walked 4.5 miles today on my WIO, so I still need to walk 1,995.5 more miles to achieve my goal.
