Hey Gals!
This time of year for me I usually start off with great intentions and after a few weeks, it dwindles. Therefore, I thought we may want to make a challenge to motivate us into consistency!
This challenge starts now, and lasts 30 days! If you start at a later date, you can continue this for 30 days after your start date! This is a great way to make a habit, as 21 days of repetition creates a habit!
This challenge is to be active 30 minutes per day. You can do 30 minutes of cardio, yoga, pilates, weight training, etc. You may mix up your activities to complete your 30 minutes.
If you are not able to do 30 minutes, then work up to it. You may even need to break it down into 3, 10 minute sessions per day!
Please post each day as to the time you spent doing your specific activity! If you have any questions, please contact me!
