I thought the same and started taking some pics. Change is so subtle when you're looking for it. I added a few shots to my spark page but need to find a better place in the house with more natural light. Those florescent lights are awful.
Try taking progress pics as well. Those numbers are great results and much more definitive than a scale. Pictures do wonders as well and I suggest you start taking some every 2 weeks in the same poses. You will really see the difference. Great job.
After one month of lifting and adjusting my diet and getting back into running three + times a week I have added one single pound. Kind of frustrating but after analysing it I feel much better. I measured my body fat with a BF caliper. The results was a 1.65% reduction in body fat or 2.6lbs of lost fat. My lean mass gained 3.5lbs. The motivation I gained from this one comparison was worth the cost of the BF caliper.
