I'm a new mom trying to get back in shape after the birth of my baby I cleaned up my diet and doing a new strenght training program. When I first started I lost 4 pounds and when I added the protein shakes another 4 , but now I'm stuck and I even gained 2 pounds on top of breastfeeding my baby!!! Can you critic my diet and routine. Thanks
