Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

We eat meat, but have meatless days on purpose. I would like to become vegan because it is supposed to be the best diet for fibromyalgia, but it is slow going. I am trying to eliminate processed foods.
My husband & I were both raised on a farm and was able to get farm raised products until the past few yrs. Now I am very cautious of purchased meats, dairy and veggies. We are really meat, eggs,potatoes & the standard veggies people. And still drinking lots of milk in our later yrs.

I eat no meat, fish, eggs or dairy. the only processed food I eat are pretzels, baked corn chips, and soy or rice milk.
Are you veggies are meat or both ?
I'm veggie i only eat fresh raised meats no store bought !!!
