We eat meat, but have meatless days on purpose. I would like to become vegan because it is supposed to be the best diet for fibromyalgia, but it is slow going. I am trying to eliminate processed foods.

My husband & I were both raised on a farm and was able to get farm raised products until the past few yrs. Now I am very cautious of purchased meats, dairy and veggies. We are really meat, eggs,potatoes & the standard veggies people. And still drinking lots of milk in our later yrs.
