There is an app called "map my walk" . I haven't taken the time to try it yet, but it is suppose to log your walk,etc.

.at least 8 cups water daily
.stay within calories range
.three fruits and 3 veggies a day
. no eating 2 hrs before bedtime
. no white foods
. get 8 hrs of sleep

I wear a pedometer daily and would love to be able to enter the step counts on my phone. I just don't track them much any more because I'm rarely on the computer and am only using my phone.

I can add every other type of Fitness, but I have to write down my steps to update the next time I'm on-line. I do most of my Sparking via my iPhone, so this is a real inconvenience.

Counting steps is just as important as counting glasses of water to many of us

Those who think they have no time for a healthy lifestyle will sooner or later will have to find time for illness.
