you can add more "meal categories" that you name yourself to the nutrition tracker. I added "after 8" so I can keep track of what I eat late at night.... I'm sure you could add times between meals, too!
PS it's way at the bottom of the nutrition tracking page... "add/edit additional meals" if I remember correctly!
