If you have an iPad, just use the web browser to log into the actual site, same log ins work. Create a group from that. Then go back to app. I log into the actual Sparkpeople.com on my iPhone all the time. It is how I search for recipes I know I have saved online while I am shopping.

hi,
if you make a group on SparkPeople using your lap top or desk top computer, the group should show up on your ipad. It does on my iPhone.

U can add food groupings now. Create a meal on line. Then, in this app, select TRACK FOOD. click FAVORITES in the top left corner. Click the FOOD GROUPING tab and your meal should display.

Wow, what a fabulous product. Way to go SparkTeam!

What I would love to see in a future version:
- Basal Metabolic Rate calculations
- Anthropometric values
- Ability to combine individual items added to my day as a 'meal', so that I can add just that meal from my favorites, versus each individual item
- Ability to view reports of my daily intake of all vitamins and minerals against the recommended daily intakes
