Hi, I reported a fault in sept 2012 and I've had no response since then. I have the iPad app but cannot save any favourites. I just downloaded the app again today and paid £2.49 (I think that's how much it was), but I stil can't save favourites and my favourites from the web app have not been carried into the iPad app. Can someone PLEASE look into this? I was hoping that as the app is now chargeable, it would actually work!

Just thought I'd post again about this. I first reported it in September but it hasn't been fixed yet and I havent heard anything back from the support desk for over 3 months. does this mean I will not be able to use the ipad app ever again?

Yes, I think it is more widespread. I sent an email to the support@sparkpeople.com helpdesk and they tested out the problem and were able to reproduce it on an ipad. They have reported the problem to their tech team but I don't know how long it will take them to fix it. I reported it on 7th Sept so that's a couple of weeks so far.

My favorites disappeared from the app on my iPhone 3Gs but I thought it was a bug in the beta version I'm testing now. But it looks like it si more widespread.

Hi, all my favourites have disappeared from the iPad app and I can't add favourites either. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again but I still cannot add favourites. I have been using it without problem for a couple of weeks but today it just stopped working. Is this a known problem?
