I work so much, exercise is whatever moving I do to get the job done, cook dinner, and get ready for the next work day. I haven't figured out yet how to change that.

I love the taste of food, but I love the taste of life even better!

I did 50 minutes of exercise that uses five pounders, did 20 minutes of zumba, lotsa walking with shopping that I didn't count, and did some hiking -on our land and on a nature trail.

5 Minutes stretching and another 15 minute walk this morning. emoticon

Yes, I've checked it out and noticed it tends to be just you.
It looks hard to me for some reason, to do it that way, so I added this way too.
Did eight miles of walk aerobics, and an hour and a half of hiking.
