Had a lazy Sunday today but I did get Coach Nicole's 10 min crunchless abs video and the cardio kickbox video done!

So week 2 was a success for me-I got my 6 days in though I know I could have done a lot better a few of those days....next week will be better!

Full-time homeschooling mom of 4 curious kids (ages 15,12,9,4) & 4 guinea pigs.

I got 25 min on the elliptical Friday and walked for 30 min this morning so far.

Tooke an exercise break yesterday, no day to rest for the week. So boo.
But I did do my 28 Day Bootcamp this morning. Sure wish I had time for a shower :/

Wow! You all are doing great! I, on the other hand, can't seem to exercise to save my life! I have had to leave the house every day this week and today is market day. i guess my exercise has been running around town and nursing. :-)

Ended up getting a ton of cardio yesterday... I went to the laundromat. I had several loads of our regular laundry, plus all the bedding & pillows, plus 2 55-gallon tubs full of stuff that had been in storage in the garage & weren't sealed good so they reeked of cigarette smoke. I spent SEVEN HOURS there. On my feet for the first 2-3 hours straight, loading washers, adding soap, bending over to sort, loading more washers, the first ones I started finished before I even had them all loaded... So on to moving heavy wet clothes to dryers at face level or floor level... I counted 2 hours of "heavy cleaning" cardio, but truth be told it was probably closer to 4...

And my landlord STILL didn't finish the plumbing work he started. Came home last night to no hot water. And he's out there working now. I REALLY don't want to climb on the Wii & work out because I won't be able to shower when I'm done & my daughter & I have a counseling appointment this afternoon. Oh the dilemma.

I did a 45 minute Pump class at the gym, today was sports drills and abs, it was a great workout!!! I also did my speed work for my marathon training on the TM at the gym, 1 mile "sprints" at 7:50 min/mile pace, repeated 3 times, with walking in between and after.
I won't be doing too much for the next 3 days because I can't get my hair wet, I am currently at the salon getting a keratin straightening treatment on my hair. I am hoping to still walk some.

Well, yesterday & today both registered weight gains, BUT, I'm slimmer. Waist & thighs both are showing noticeable improvement. So I'll just ignore that pesky little scale and keep up my Wii'ing.

Hello! I am a week late but would love to join the challenge. I got this book called MamaFit and want to do her exercises 3x a week and get 20-30 minutes of cardio in a day. I will have to check back when I have done something today. :-)

I had a cruddy weekend but I am starting this weekend off with a bang with nearly 400 calories burned with the 28 day bootcamp video.
Plus I am learning how to SKATE!
