I thought today was a good day to announce this challenge
Sexy in 6 will be our new challenge!
This challenge will encourage you to exercise 6 times a week for 6 weeks.
This does NOT have to be a sweat fest each day!
Just getting a 30 min cardio session in 3-4x a week and doing a daily Coach Nicole workout from this site would be great! That's my plan.
If anyone wants to add losing 6 lbs in the 6 weeks for your own personal challenge, that would be great. But it's not all about losing the weight, it's about getting in shape and feeling good about yourself and that can't always be translated to pounds lost. I know of many moms that haven't lost a lot of weight after working out regularly but lost many inches-whatever works for you!
We will start the challenge on Monday, Feb. 20 and end on March 31. I feel the short term challenges are more successful but that doesn't mean we won't follow up with another challenge to keep us on track for spring shorts weather!
You can check in each day with your progress or at the end of each week, it's up to you!
