My goals are to drink 8 glasses of water a day & take my vitamins everyday! I am not yet cleared for exercise but I am going to do breathing & stretching techniques for my core.

I've had a rough few days keeping up with my vitamins. It really shouldn't be so hard to me to remember, but I think I just need to incorporate it into my regular morning routine instead of waiting for whenever. Still doing well with staying hydrated. Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

So far so good on strength training-got 3x in last week and started the week off right with a session yesterday.
Water intake is not 8 glasses per day yet but we're getting better.

I am going to track my food intake 3x per week. I want to do it daily but am not good about tracking so 3x is more attainable!

My goals for Feb. are all about consistency.

1. Complete the 28 day bootcamp challenge. I joined in January but didn't start until Feb. 1.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water every day in Feb.
3. Take my vitamins every day in Feb. I'm pretty good about this one already. But I skip every now and then, and I really want to build up a good vitamin streak. :)

I'm doing great on my mini streak. Day 3 and going strong on all of them.

newbie to this team, not to spark..
my goal for the month is to get to the gym at least 3x a week. its been so hard with a 3yr old and a 3mo, and a hubby who works ALOT. thank god he found a new job with better hours, so I'm hoping that means more hours at the gym for the both of us :) right now I'm only avg 1, maybe 2 times a week.

I have slacked off with my water so I'm also going back to drinking my 8 glasses a day.

My 2nd goal is consistent weight/strength training 3x a week. I've only been getting it done 2x per week lately and I really want to step it up a bit.

I lost the weight I wanted to lose but still felt "soft" and lumpy LOL. I found that weight training is what really started to drop the inches and tone me up-esp my upper body.

I keep telling myself that swimsuit weather is just around the corner! emoticon So time to get cracking with those weights!

I'm setting a goal to take my vitamins and drink my 8+ glasses of water each day.
Being just two weeks postpartum, I'm not cleared for exercise yet, but I want to do my best to keep my body functioning well in the meantime.

Set one goal for yourself this month that you WILL accomplish!

All members that complete the challenge will receive a goodie at the end.

Remember, small goals are important. They help motivate us and keep us moving to our larger goals.

You can check in as often as you like-daily, weekly, every once in a while. Whatever works for you!
