Since Jan 1, I've been doing SparkPeople's 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge. I've done a minimum of 10 minutes exercising each day.

Haven't done my Bootcamp videos today yet, but I did a 10-minute aerobic dance class with my daughter in tow! Shooting for 45 minutes total today.

Exercise at least 10 min each day!
It doesn't have to be hardcore, just get moving in some way!

It might be a walk around the block, 10 min of sun salutations, 10 minute SP video, or quick session on your stationary bike/elliptical.

Once you are in the routine of 10 min each day, it's a lot easier to stretch that 10 minutes to 20 minutes or 30 minutes!

Check in daily to keep yourself accountable! emoticon
