LOVE my smoothies!!! It is a great way to get a couple servings of fruit. My favorite concoctions so far are a plain yogurt/milk base, maybe a little vanilla or protein powder, but the fun part is frozen mixed berries, banana and peanut butter or banana orange. So yummy. However, this morning I forgot that I'd put orange in with the banana- then added peanut butter. Strange. I don't think I'll try that one again!

Reach for a healthy snack instead of empty carbs, it's good for you and baby! Stock your frig with precut carrots, broccoli, and peppers. Be sure you have plenty of fruit and don't forget that smoothies are a healthy alternative to ice cream.
