I agree, fruit is easy for me to eat each day but the veggies are harder. I'm working on it though!

I've got a massive sweet tooth. The fresh fruits really help me to curb that downfall. I do pretty well with the fruits, but I certainly could work on up-ing my veggies! emoticon emoticon

LOVE my smoothies!!! It is a great way to get a couple servings of fruit. My favorite concoctions so far are a plain yogurt/milk base, maybe a little vanilla or protein powder, but the fun part is frozen mixed berries, banana and peanut butter or banana orange. So yummy.
However, this morning I forgot that I'd put orange in with the banana- then added peanut butter. Strange. I don't think I'll try that one again!

I did OK this week emoticon
Not as good as I wanted but I had a banana each day and another fruit each day. A glass of OJ at breakfast and a fruit smoothie one day.
Not so great with veggies...

Eat at least 4 servings of fruits/veggies a day!

Reach for a healthy snack instead of empty carbs, it's good for you and baby! Stock your frig with precut carrots, broccoli, and peppers. Be sure you have plenty of fruit and don't forget that smoothies are a healthy alternative to ice cream.

You can report in each day or every few days.
