Well I have managed to get in some cardio this week, even tho my hubby was out of town. The kids and I have been limping along, but getting out of the house and going for walks has done EVERYONE good!!! My cardio minutes are up to 150 so far, and hopefully I will get more time in today and tomorrow. I brought my walking shoes to work so I can plug some time in during lunch..............HAPPY FRIDAY TO EVERYONE

Ok now that I got that out :) I got in my water! Yea! On track for today! I got in some exercise yesterday. All week really I like the bootcamp video's they aren't long and it's easy way to start the day! I am hoping to walk or ride bikes today when I get home from work. So will let you know how that goes! Wish me luck!!

Have been sick at the beginning of this week, but am hoping to get back on track today. Had real problems passing up the chocolate chip cookies at McDonalds this morning when I got my Diet Coke, but over looking that too.
Weighed in this morning, and lost two pounds since last week!! Am so happy to be moving in the right direction. My pants yesterday were even a little bit loose....very nice feeing :)

Well I'm back and it just so happens I have been reading all kinds of articles lately!!! I read one this morning about the myths versus facts. It really just reinforced some things I already knew about not being able to target specific areas for fat loss and that some exercise is better than none. Yesterday I read a nice article about super foods. It mainly listed different foods from all categories like veggies, fruit, grain, and protein that give you the biggest bang for your buck. I was suprised that potato was listed in the veggie category.
I am finally back because I can finally do more than about 10 minutes of any kind of exercise without having cramps and other bad side affects. It took 13 weeks after my c/s. I am also already down to weighing less than I have since I was pregnant with my first 6 years ago!!!
