Well I'm back and it just so happens I have been reading all kinds of articles lately!!!
I read one this morning about the myths versus facts. It really just reinforced some things I already knew about not being able to target specific areas for fat loss and that some exercise is better than none.
Yesterday I read a nice article about super foods. It mainly listed different foods from all categories like veggies, fruit, grain, and protein that give you the biggest bang for your buck. I was suprised that potato was listed in the veggie category.
I am finally back because I can finally do more than about 10 minutes of any kind of exercise without having cramps and other bad side affects. It took 13 weeks after my c/s. I am also already down to weighing less than I have since I was pregnant with my first 6 years ago!!!
