TWO CHALLENGES THIS WEEK:
1. Exercise 10 minutes per day more than you did last week! After checking your responses to the QOTD on Thursday, i can see that some of us want/need to step it up and some of us just need to get back in the groove. Use this opportunity!
Feel free of course, to contribute your two cents before next week's challenge.
2. Support Breastfeeding Moms. Visit 3 SparkPages this week and comment on them.
