Am up to 161 minutes of walking so far this week. The baby kept me up all night, so I have very little confidence that I am going to get walking in during my lunch break at work, or after dinner when I am home tonight. Really could use some pep in my step!!!

Getting more exercise in over last week will be easy, I had a really bad week in terms of exercise. . NONE!! So any this week is a plus! I am doing strength train today, with maybe a little cardio. We'll see how it goes, I just really want to get my strength training in!

Hope you are all having a great day!!

I'm counting steps, so I upped last week's daily goal of 5500 to 6000 steps a day. I had to replace my battery in the pedometer on Monday, so no steps then. But yesterday I got 6500. Woo Hoo!

I have clocked in 94 minutes of walking so far this week!! Am very happy that my husband has been a part of that time as well. Hopefully we will get thinner together, because it seems we got chubby together :)

Rachel, this is a wonderful challenge. Just what i need.

Last week i managed a total of 125 fitness minutes and posted on more than 5 blogs. I found it a very interesting past time, and have got 1 new friend that way so far!!!

Today i got in 65 minutes, which is 65mins more than Monday last week. I am feeling really good about it, and looking forward to what I'll achieve by the end of the week.

Have a great week and God bless you all!!!

Hi ladies. Let's get this party started! This month we'll maintain discussions and accountability on the same post I create to advertise the challenge itself - i.e. this week we post our discussions right here.

TWO CHALLENGES THIS WEEK:

1. Exercise 10 minutes per day more than you did last week! After checking your responses to the QOTD on Thursday, i can see that some of us want/need to step it up and some of us just need to get back in the groove. Use this opportunity!

Feel free of course, to contribute your two cents before next week's challenge.

2. Support Breastfeeding Moms. Visit 3 SparkPages this week and comment on them.

So, no competition - just accountability. Let us know how you're doing, where your struggling, how we can help you, and be accountable - all through this post.

I'll post week 3 challenges on Monday May 18.
