I've only recently had headaches. I don't know if it's the heat or what but the fatigue Is overwhelming this week. I volunteered to help organize a rummage sale today. I really don't know how I will cope.

Yes, I get these with the fatigue but I have suffered headaches for 40 years. Despite the fact that it may be a fibro issue for any sudden onset or unusual headache you should consult a Dr.

I get this frequently. I find that taking a Vitamin D supplement, melatonin, and valerian root help me. My doctor explained the fatigue as having something to do with my brain's difficulty going into REM sleep. The melatonin and valerian root help me fall more deeply asleep.

I no longer get the bad headaches but I do have the extreme fatigue which has been on for this entire week. I am getting 7-8 hrs. sleep at night but get up tired and take a morning nap after breakfast! I blame the weather extremes we have been having.
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner. Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

When I get my really bad headaches, the only thing that helps is Toradol. Don't know if that helps.

That has happened to me before but taking Mucinex for my Fibro has always helped.

In the last week it seems that I have had a quick onset of daily headaches and extreme fatigue-to the point of barely getting out of bed. I am normally a very active person and have not had headaches like these in years. Has anyone else ever had this weird sudden onset? Did it recede? What helped? I am leery of taking anything because of my run in with prescription med mixing and liver problems as a result.
