The arms of Eagle pose, where you curve the hands around, linking thumbs and opening up the shooulder blades? I move it up, inhale, and down slowly, exhaling. Can even do this in the car, or right before I'm about to lose my temper with my children.
I also love downward facing dog to release the tension in my back and neck.

I do a warrior and triangle sequence that really seems to release a lot of pent up emotion. Eagle pose is also good for when I'm stressed because I tend to hold negative emotions in my neck and shoulders.
All in all, Yoga is a great stress reliever for me no matter what poses I'm doing!

Hmmmm.....I start out with mountain, say a prayer of thanks, forward bend, chair, forward bend, then usually step back to down dog, plank, up dog, plank, down dog, (this series is my heart rate exercise, so I do it several times.) Then, I will sit and do various stretches on the floor, twists, and also bridge pose. If I have time I will do both warrior poses, triangle, and side angel poses. I throw in down dogs and child poses whenever I need a break. Pigeon is very relaxing toward the end of the routine. I rarely do balance poses, but my favorite is stork, then tree.
