That sounds delicious. What's funny is that I believe that I've cooked enough for two weeks as well...LOL!
I have Broiled Whiting, Broiled Tilapia, Baked Chicken Breast, Boiled Eggs (I boil a dozen at a time), Turnip Greens, Yams, Red Potatoes, Spinach, Collard Greens, Fresh Pineapple and I think that's it.
Tonight for Dinner I'm having Broiled Whiting, Yams and Turnip Greens...I'm on my way to my Nutrition Tracker to update it.
