The month of December has all types of wonderful Holidays. Regardless of your beliefs most celebrations have some type of gift-giving associated with them. Often times, we get so "wrapped-up" in all of the Holiday hustle and bustle, we often forget about ourselves and allow our fitness and nutrition plans to drop off. WELL NOT THIS YEAR!!!
So with that being said, with this challenge I want you to list the one health-related gift that you would like to give yourself during the month of December AND what you will plan to do EACH day or EACH week to ensure that you will receive your gift at the end of the month.
It may be that you want to:
-lose a few pounds so everyday you will use the SP trackers
-lose a few inches so you will either start lifting weights or modify your strength training routine
-improve your eating habits so you will try one new SP recipe a week
-or it could be anything...it's your gift...so pick what you want!!!
