I am here too. I was trying to find where to post...

Anywho, From the first day I have gone from

Pushups,30-to now 37
Sit-ups,32-to now 40
lunges, 10-to now 15
Squats, 15-to now 20 as of today in 30 second intervals.

One week was trashed because of a cold but i am good now.

Well, I guess I'm doing this challenge by myself...but that's okay!! That's what it's all about anyways...challenge myself!!

It does help to do this 30 second workout before doing any other cardio. I tell ya, this REALLY gets the heart to pumping ya'll!!

I think I should have done this BEFORE the rest of my workout, not at the end!! I think it would have made a huge difference in the end results!!

The 30 second challenge:

Do this once-a-day and at the end of the month everyone will post what their personal best was!

1. Start off with how many push ups you can do in 30 seconds, take a break for 30 seconds.

2. Then see how many crunches you can do in 30 seconds, then a break for 30 seconds.

3. Then see how many lunges (front, back, side, or all 3) you can do in 30 seconds, then a break for 30 seconds.

4. Finally see how many body squats you can do in 30 seconds.

This should only take 3 minutes 30 seconds to do, and it will help speed up your metabolism.
