The 30 second challenge:
Do this once-a-day and at the end of the month everyone will post what their personal best was!
1. Start off with how many push ups you can do in 30 seconds, take a break for 30 seconds.
2. Then see how many crunches you can do in 30 seconds, then a break for 30 seconds.
3. Then see how many lunges (front, back, side, or all 3) you can do in 30 seconds, then a break for 30 seconds.
4. Finally see how many body squats you can do in 30 seconds.
This should only take 3 minutes 30 seconds to do, and it will help speed up your metabolism.
Only when we step off of the ledge without a net beneath us do we learn we can fly.
