actually I tried starting last week, but no responses, but now sinceyour with me. Lets start today! I hope you check this and dont go overboard today! lol. Sure I'll join you. I've just come back onto sp and looking for a new challenge. I haven't counted my calories in awhile so this will be a good starting point again. So when are you starting this or have you already started?
I have a pretty easy challenge for everyone out there who is just getting started or even if you are a vet! My personal challenge and you are welcome to join me, because I need a lot of motivation is: staying within my calorie range, and doing at least 3 hours of cardio a week. I am breaking that down into Monday, wednesday and friday mornings, for an hour each. it works well with my schedule and I think it is a good starting point! Lets make this an 8 WEEK challenge! and we could report how much weight we have lost!
