I will join you in your journey! I'm slightly behind, but that is ok! I want to drop some weight by the time I go to North Dakota on the 24th!

If you hang your swimsuit on the refrigerator door, the goodies inside will be easier to ignore.

actually I tried starting last week, but no responses, but now sinceyour with me. Lets start today! I hope you check this and dont go overboard today! lol. I have a pretty easy challenge for everyone out there who is just getting started or even if you are a vet! My personal challenge and you are welcome to join me, because I need a lot of motivation is: staying within my calorie range, and doing at least 3 hours of cardio a week. I am breaking that down into Monday, wednesday and friday mornings, for an hour each. it works well with my schedule and I think it is a good starting point! Lets make this an 8 WEEK challenge! and we could report how much weight we have lost!
