Yes, make sure your weight is in your heels and stick your butt way out there while keeping your chest up. Keep your weights a little forward, not right at your sides.

When I do squats without weights, i can feel a little burn in my hamstring, when i start carrying the weights, i feel nothing at all, should i do some sort of adjustment or something?
