I LOVE LOVE LOVE Chalean EX, but feel like there wasn't enough Cardio for myself either. I use my cardio as my stress releif and if I did the program as it was written, I would have a big knot between my shoulder blades to go along with the sore musles. . .LOL. I add in Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire or some P90X Kenpo X or Core Synergistics each day that I am only to "lift weights". I love the Chalean Ex/TF hybrid too, but just finished a round of it and decided to switch it up with other workouts. Funny because initially I was not going to add any TF in, but found I may be addicted and was missing a few of those ones, so back in the mix they went!

i started off doing just the CLX then felt that even though the cardio in the CLX was a good workout I just wasnt getting enough to get the results I wanted. So I got Turbo Fire and am now doing the CLX Hybrid which is a combination of the CLX and TF together. I get one day of rest during this and I've found that by taking the one day off its really hard to start up the following day so I was actually thinking about take a zumba class once a week to fill that spot. It all depends on what results you are looking for. Me I'm trying to losing 20-25lbs and tone up and get rid of the old baby pouch I've been hanging onto for the last 11yrs :-) You have to see what is the best fit for you in order to get the results you are looking for. When I started a few months ago I basically took a little bit of what everyone was telling me and tried to apply it into my routine :-) good luck
do the cardio that is with the program, then if you feel you need to add in more cardio go for it :) Most people do add in more.. I am starting a hybrid of TF/CLX on Aug 1.. Chalene says thats a great combo! :)

I do cardio mixed with the CE workouts. The ones that come with the program are pretty good. I strength train every other day so I cardio in between, (I run this time of year) CE will really tone up your muscles though, I have so much upper body definition, I just love the program so much! I'm about to start out CLX, and i'm really excited, but i wasn't sure if it was enough on its own to make me lose weight, as you see, i have 28 kilos to lose. I was thinking CLX would be good for toning and shaping, but do i need cardio to remove the fat layers so the toning would be visible?
