I've just completed P90X, I followed the program exactly the 1st month, workedout every other day the 2nd month, then maybe twice a week the 3rd month. I found it impossible to stick to such a ridgid program. I exercise 30-45 minutes a day, an hour a doy is too much for me. I still had results, (I lost about 5 inches total). However, I gained 3 lbs.
Now I've started Chalean Extreme. I've just completed the first week. But my concern is that I'm still gaining weight. I've gained 2 more lbs. I'm not new to exercise,(I'm a runner) but I am new to weight training. Is it normal to gain weight? And will it stop? My goal is weight loss and toning, is this the wrong program for me?
Your goal should be out of reach but not out of sight.
