Adding cardio is fine, and just listen to your body. I'm definitely hungrier on the heavy lifting days. I'm in the same calorie range you are, and so when I'm really hungry I try to make sure it's more protein that I eat.
I find I'm hungrier on the days I lift weights. (Everyone is different.)I had to up my calories when I hit a plateau, then started losing again.
Depending on the intensity of the cardio, I would imagine you would need to up your calories, even if it is just on the days with the added cardio...
I must let go of what was so that God can bring me into what will be...
Never use the word 'diet' if you want lasting weight loss - it's about retraining our thinking & way of living!
I love motivating others to get active & live a healthier lifestyle - which in turn keeps me motivated!

I am on the Push phase of CEX and although its going great, I need to amp up my cardio. I was wondering how much is too much? I wanted to do 40 mins three times a week on top of my 3 burn circuits and burn it off and burn intervals. I stay in the SP range of 1200 to 1500 calories but will I have to eat more? This whole concept confuses me and I was wondering if anyone there can help shed some light on my concerns! Thank you!!
