I used to track it as circuit training, but be aware that SP overestimates the calories burned by 30 - 40%. I know this from comparing the readings from by bodybugg.

I log it under turbo jam (kickboxing), you could also do aerobics (high intensity), I think I burn more doing CE cardio but they don't have one for interval training or plyometrics...

Before I had my heart rate monitor, I would track Burn It Off as calisthenics and Burn Intervals as circuit training.

How should I track the amount of calories I burn doing the CE cardio workouts on SparkPeople? I want it to be as accurate as possible. Anyone know??
