Are you getting enough carbs? I'm wondering if your blood sugar might be getting low, which could cause the nausea.
Hey all, I am almost done with my my first burn phase! So happy with how I am feeling.
I have a good control of my diet and have consistently for a year or so eaten 1600 - 1800 calories per day, 80% clean, no meat.
I noticed the last two weeks or so that I get pretty nauseated when I get hungry, which is noticably more frequently than before I started this program. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this nausea and/or if anyone has any tips?
I suspect I am not getting "enough" protein for this program, although I am careful about getting at least 40g per day, but I was wondering if anyone else experienced this.
I will say it was bad enough that I suspected I was pregnant until yesterday.
