Do you have any tips for staying motivated?
When I don't feel like working out, I make myself get dressed, from head to toe, laces tied and everything.
If after all that, I still don't feel like working out, then I give myself the OK to change out of my workout clothes.
But majority of the time, I'll do *something*. Whether that's a brisk walk around the block or a few jumping jacks/push ups/ crunches combo- it's something!
And that something is better than the nothing I wanted to do
