To be perfectly honest, when I want to stay motivated I look at myself in the mirror or jump on the scale. I dont feel very good about how I look so when I want to talk myself out of exercising or eating right I just remind myself that I want change.

Well this time around for Sparks, I'm learning just logging in everyday can keep me going I may not always get my exercise in but I'm aware when I log in how many times I actually missed- I can't tell you how many times I thought I missed three days while really I only messed one (haven't realized that I get confused on what day it is).
So I guess my tip is log in everyday even when you don't want to track anything, because after awhile you might get in the spirit again- especially if you get active in the Spark community.
Make myself healthier, so my jean size number is smaller then my age. (which I've almost accomplished- I wish there was a size 19 in womens)
