Well its the middle of October now, but we all have to start somewhere right? I'm just starting back up again with trying to create a healthier lifestyle.
October goals: Portion control Drink more water, I really need to work on this Begin counting calories, even if I don't stay in my range quite yet, at this point I would like to just get a routine of tracking calories down so it's second nature. Start setting fitness goals and executing them.

Welcome to October! Another month means another time to start over and get motivated again. This month, we should all come together to fight against the real villain of Halloween. No, it's not witches, or ghosts, or even zombies...it's candy. I know that I've already been faced with it at work, at the grocery store, and in my apartment. Let's band together and try to snack responsibly.
For myself, I've decided I will:
1. Not gorge myself on every piece of candy I lay eyes on. 2. Work out 5 days a week. 3. Drink more water...I don't drink nearly enough. 4. Stop weighing myself every day, it's not getting me any closer to my goal and is stressing me out.
