Hey There Young Sparkers!
Welcome to October! Another month means another time to start over and get motivated again. This month, we should all come together to fight against the real villain of Halloween. No, it's not witches, or ghosts, or even zombies...it's candy. I know that I've already been faced with it at work, at the grocery store, and in my apartment. Let's band together and try to snack responsibly.
For myself, I've decided I will:
1. Not gorge myself on every piece of candy I lay eyes on.
2. Work out 5 days a week.
3. Drink more water...I don't drink nearly enough.
4. Stop weighing myself every day, it's not getting me any closer to my goal and is stressing me out.
